In addition to our regular Symphonies for Strings champagne concerts at Oji Hall, and our Dinner concerts at the Foreign Correspondents Club of Japan, (both public events), the Tokyo Sinfonia is also performing for private events (-- special events, which usually aren’t announced to the general public).
We are happy to talk with you if you would like to hold a special music performance. The Sinfonia can be engaged for corporate promotional events (often for clients, business partners, employee motivation, etc) as well as customer loyalty ‘thank you’ programs. We have also performed at weddings and graduation parties marking such occasions as being very enjoyable, but most importantly, highly memorable!
Organizations may also consider promoting a charitable fund raising concert, centered on a beautiful and uplifting offering of the ‘music of the classics’ that is always sure to attract a discerning and influential audience. We thought that you might like to know a little more about these types of events, so we have listed a few of them that we have recently been engaged for.
Sangi Co., makers of the Apagard range of consumer and professional dental care products, is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their business establishment with a banquet at the Imperial Hotel and Tokyo Sinfonia is presenting the evening's elegant musical entertainment. The musical programme is based and elaborating upon our very popular public dinner-concert series.
Minato-ku has again engaged the Tokyo Sinfonia to continue to present Sinfonia-in-the-Schools performances at public schools in this area of Tokyo. Teachers say they enjoy just as much as the students themselves the way we demonstrate the string instruments, establish a dialogue with the audience, answer questions and actively involve the students. The programmes are fun for us too. One of the schools has asked us to appear at their open house school fair, so that families could attend our performance along with the students.
Equilibre, a leading executive coaching business is presenting Robert Rÿker supported by the Tokyo Sinfonia in a special leadership lecture-concert in the elegant Nexus Hall at the Chanel Building in Ginza.
And the night shall be filled with music,~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, The Day Is Done
And the cares that infest the day
Shall fold their tents like the Arabs
And as silently steal away.
So let us know what you have in mind for that very special occasion. We will draw up a very special programme for you that meets your budget.
